The fifth match-up for the Dungeons & Drogans PvP Tournament has been posted --
Coltaine vs. Sorrow.

SPOILERS BEYOND THIS POINT
I'm always happy when a match-up goes the full three games.
Both players brought their A-game; bother characters were evenly matched, but Coltaine squeezed out the win thanks to Nick's clever use of the battlefield. A win well-deserved.
There really isn't much more analysis to be had here -- Nick used his healing effectively, swapped to his halberd for the extra reach when he had to, and did all he could to close the distance between Coltaine and Sorrow. John kited Coltaine to the best of his ability, slowed him with Ray of Frost, and flushed Coltaine out of hiding with bursts.
In the end, the battle was won not by dice, stats, or magic items, but by strategy.

As always, the majority of viewers bet on the winner. Looks like we've got smart fans.
The bets seem to be getting larger every week -- I feel more people are going all-in, or betting larger sums, as they realize there are only a couple matches left, and it'll soon be all-or-nothing to either catch up to those in the lead or to emerge the winner. More betters were knocked out of the contest this week due to all-ins on Sorrow, but those are the stakes.
On a side note, as you may have guessed, I've returned from my vacation and subsequent trip to BlizzCon -- which rocked, by the way. All of it -- the vacation, and BlizzCon. I didn't get to post this match sooner, as I'd promised -- I apologize, but I've just been inundated with work. It may take another week or two for me to return to a normal schedule; I'm still catching up on my BlizzCon articles.
