For those who haven't heard of the controversial D&D Fortune Cards, they basically add a dash of Magic: The Gathering into your Dungeons & Dragons soup. You buy a pack of cards (though the intent is to keep you coming back to buy more and more and more), shuffle them at the start of your turn in combat, and draw a card to play.
